Ilham Hendra Firmansyah
Upholstery for 13 years in Ubud
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
- Andes Repairs
- 1996 to 2009
- English, Indonesian
I've worked in upholstery from 1996 to 2009. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 620 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
More about Ilham
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ilham: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
