Ilaria Martini

Trades mentor, Salerno

  • 🇮🇹 Salerno, Campania, Italy
  • Kingsway Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2018
  • Italian, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Kingsway Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Ilaria: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
