Ikenna Bolaji Kalu
Cross country coach, Nsukka Football Club
- 🇳🇬 Nsukka, Enugu, Nigeria
- 1986 to 1994
- English, Igbo
I coached cross country at Nsukka Football Club from 1986 to 1994. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
