Ika Yanti Permana

25 years teaching drama in Depok

  • 🇮🇩 Depok, West Java, Indonesia
  • Stonebridge Boys' School
  • Since 1981
  • English, Indonesian, French
I teach drama at Stonebridge Boys' School in Depok since 1981. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term. Over the years I've had 2,120 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Ika

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
