I spent 16 years as a lecturer in materials science at Bandung Institute of Technology in Bandung. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a postal worker and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
What gifts mean to Ika: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
