I taught geography at Parkside Middle School in Makassar from 1990 to 2013. Most days I taught Year 9, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ika
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Ika: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
