Igor Oleg Honcharenko
Volunteer mentor with Oakwood Learning Hub
- 🇺🇦 Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Ukraine
- Since 1995
- English, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Oakwood Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Igor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Igor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
