I teach agriculture at Lotus Grammar School in Oakland since 1979. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 1,500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.
