Helping people break into recovery
- 🇲🇽 Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico

For 33 years I've mentored people in recovery and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
