I've coached cross country at Alcalá de Henares Youth Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
