Ignacio C. Escobar
35 years teaching economics in Chicago
- 🇺🇸 Chicago, Illinois, United States
- Chicago Middle School
- Since 1984
- English, Spanish
For 42 years I have been the economics teacher at Chicago Middle School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ignacio
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
