Ife Lola Ajayi
Painter, potter and teacher at Cedar Grove Art Collective
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Cedar Grove Art Collective
- Since 1993
- English, Yoruba
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes photography. My first show was in 1993 at Cedar Grove Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Ife
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
