I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Bordeaux Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Idrissa: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first finance job in 2014. I still have your notes. Greetings from Thrissur.
