Idris Saeed Mahmoud

Community faith leader in Cairns

  • 🇦🇺 Cairns, Queensland, Australia
  • Redwood Mosque
  • 1990 to 2019
  • English, Arabic
I've served Redwood Mosque in Cairns from 1990 to 2019. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally. We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I take the work seriously, though not myself. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Idris: I'd put gifts toward the youth program.
