Helping people break into nursing
- 🇪🇬 Zagazig, Sharqia, Egypt

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,060 people through Zagazig Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Idris: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
