Idris Idris Wahba
Musician with Maple Ridge Ensemble
- 🇸🇦 Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Maple Ridge Ensemble
- 1980 to 2008
- English
I play bass and gospel. I started in 1980 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Idris
I wrote my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Idris: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
