Idris Hamdan
Sociology lecturer, Since 1981
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Heliopolis University
- Since 1981

My subject is sociology, and for 45 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Heliopolis University.
Former students now work as an accountant and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Idris
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Idris: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
