Idowu Yewande Ekwueme
Graphic design and jewelry artist
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Studio
- Since 2004
- English
I work mostly in graphic design, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2004 at Ikeja Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Ikeja Studio, which keeps me honest.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Idowu
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Idowu: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
