Leadership mentor, Kano

For 24 years I've mentored people in leadership and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Idowu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
