Idowu Sade Odukoya
17 years teaching history in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Since 1999
- English, Igbo, Spanish
For 27 years I have been the history teacher at Trinity Grammar School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Idowu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Idowu: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
