I'm a textiles artist based in Lagos. I've been making things from 1986 to 2001 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by faces I pass in the street. I garden badly but happily.
What gifts mean to Idowu: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
