For 15 years I ran the athletics program at Munich Athletic Club in Munich. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ida
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Ida: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
