I coached martial arts at Good Shepherd Swimming Club from 1987 to 2023. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Ida: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
