Ibrahim Kelechi Bankole
Painter, potter and teacher at Badagry Art Collective
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Badagry Art Collective
- 1992 to 2006
- English
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1992 at Badagry Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Badagry Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

I bought one of your pieces in 2005. It's still the first thing I see in the morning! Greetings from Medellín.
