Ibrahim Hamza Sabbagh
Coached rugby for 13 years in Albuquerque
- 🇺🇸 Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States
- Kingsway Boxing Gym
- 1997 to 2010
- English
I coached rugby at Kingsway Boxing Gym from 1997 to 2010. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Montego Bay.
