Ibrahim Babatunde Ajayi

Mentor in first-generation students and careers

  • 🇳🇬 Gwagwalada, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
  • Gwagwalada Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1988
  • English
For 38 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
