Ibrahim Adewale Ekwueme

Local pottery and blacksmithing

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Ashford Repairs
  • 1980 to 2015
  • English, Hausa
My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1980 in Badagry and I'm still there most mornings. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.

What gifts mean to Ibrahim: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
