I teach art and chemistry at Central High School, Akron. I never raise my voice.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ian
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ian: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
