Ian S. Diaz

Small business mentor, Ottawa

  • 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
  • Andes Learning Hub
  • Since 1985
  • English
For 41 years I've mentored people in small business and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
