Ian K. Alvarado
Modern history lecturer, 2011 to 2022
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Ottawa State University
- 2011 to 2022
- English
I taught modern history at Ottawa State University from 2011 to 2022, and supervised 30 dissertations along the way.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Ian: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
