I've coached cricket at Los Angeles Queensway Swimming Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Ian
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Ian: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
