For 44 years I've run the netball program at Heliopolis Greenfield Youth Club in Heliopolis. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
