Hussein Adel Trabelsi
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Workshop
- 1992 to 2016
- English, Arabic
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1992 in Cairo and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
