Hussain Bilal Baig

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 1981 to 1999

I'm a woodcarving artist based in Sukkur. I've been making things from 1981 to 1999 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Hussain: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
