I teach social studies and special education at Andes Girls' School, Abbottabad. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 1,200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Hussain
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
Subjects taught
What gifts mean to Hussain: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
