I coached baseball at Cần Thơ Boxing Gym from 1987 to 2009. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to Hương: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
