I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Hülya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Hülya: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
