I've coached boxing at Oakwood Boxing Gym since 1986. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
