Coached baseball for 25 years in Ciudad de México

I coached baseball at Ciudad de México Lakeview Athletic Club from 1980 to 2005. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
