I taught environmental science and economics at Jacaranda Boys' School, Bogotá. I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Hugo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Hugo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
