Hugo N. Rivera
Volunteer mentor with Bogotá Association
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Bogotá Association
- 2004 to 2015
- English, Spanish
For eleven years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Hugo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Hugo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
