Hugo N. Rangel

Runs the animal shelter in Mar del Plata

  • 🇦🇷 Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
  • 2007 to 2024
  • Spanish, English
I'm a volunteer. Mostly animal shelter, sometimes food bank, always with a flask of tea. Our crew is about 21 people now. Everyone brings something. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Hugo: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
