Coached rugby for 30 years in Bristol

I've coached rugby at Bristol Athletic Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
