Huda Mona Badawi
Classical and jazz teacher
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Ashford Ensemble
- 1979 to 1991
- English
I've played classical from 1979 to 1991, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Huda
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Huda: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
