For 24 years I have been the religious studies teacher at Bakersfield Grammar School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
