Mentor in teaching and farming
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,100 people through Mumbai Learning Hub.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Hridoy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Hridoy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
