Art and economics teacher, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States

For 35 years I have been the art teacher at Los Angeles Middle School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 880 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Howard
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Howard: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me art in 2012 at Los Angeles Middle School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
