Howard N. Foster

Community faith leader in Bakersfield

  • 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
  • Heritage Community Church
  • Since 1987
  • English
I look after Heritage Community Church. Most of my work is hospital chaplaincy and a lot of cups of tea. We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I like to keep things simple and honest.
