Howard J. Barker
Mentor in software and small business
- 🇺🇸 Lafayette, Louisiana, United States
- Valley View Foundation
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Valley View Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Howard
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
