I taught English literature at Maple Ridge Middle School in Kelowna from 2006 to 2014. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Howard: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
